Hi, I generally sleep relatively well, I have no trouble in falling asleep and have a generally good sleeping routine. However my problem is that I always have very heavy and active dreams. I always wake up in the morning and have the feeling that I didn't sleep properly because of the dreams I have. I tried to change the conditions in the bedroom, as well as not be on the phone before bed etc, but nothing seems to work. Sometimes the dreaming seems so real it takes me some moments when I wake up to understand that it was a dream.
What can I do to have a more relaxing sleep?
